Introductory Information

What are Memberships?
We wanted to reward our supporters whilst giving them the chance to become a key part of the Beresford Lounge journey. This is why we created our Patrons of The Lounge Membership Scheme. As a Member of Beresford Lounge, patrons will receive exciting rewards and benefits upon the arrival of their stylish membership card – available in Graphite, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond. Each level of Membership Card comes with it’s own unique range of exclusive perks, alongside this Members have the ability to top up their card with credit and use it for payment purposes within Beresford Lounge upon our opening.

Do I need to renew my Membership annually?
Yes.* Depending on which Membership you have purchased, you will need to pay a different annual fee and meet the annual spending requirement to renew your membership each year.

*Cards purchased prior to the 1st of April 2021 do not have an annual renewal fee. Spending requirement for renewal still applies.

What are the annual fees for each level of Membership?

Graphite

The annual fee for a Graphite Membership is £7.99. – A minimum spending requirement in 12 months before your renewal date of £25.00 also applies.

Bronze

The annual fee for a Bronze Membership is £15. – A minimum spending requirement in 12 months before your renewal date of £150.00 also applies.

Silver

The annual fee for a Silver Membership is £29.99. – A minimum spending requirement in 12 months before your renewal date of £250.00 also applies.

Gold

The annual fee for a Gold Membership is £59.99. – A minimum spending requirement in 12 months before your renewal date of £500.00 also applies.

Diamond

The annual fee for a Diamond Membership is £250 – A minimum spending requirement in 12 months before your renewal date of £1500.00 also applies.

What happens if I decide I want to upgrade my Membership?
Please get in touch with us and a member of our team will arrange to upgrade your membership for you. All you will need to do is pay the difference between your current membership and the level you wish to be upgraded to.

What is the difference between a Founding Membership and a normal Membership?
Limited Edition Founding Membership cards are exclusively available prior to the full opening of our venue and include some extra exclusive perks. Normal Membership cards will be available after the full opening of our venue.

Can someone else use my card?

Unless you have a Couple or Family Membership which you share, another person may not use your card or use any of the benefits it entitles you to without your presence.

Benefits

What is the difference between annual benefits and lifetime benefits?

Each of our Membership Cards comes with a host of benefits for you to enjoy. These exciting rewards range from lifetime benefits to annual benefits. To retain your annual benefits, all you need to do is ensure you spend the value required for your Membership type before this year of benefits ends. You do not need to do anything to retain your lifetime benefits.

How much do I need to spend to retain my annual benefits for each card?

Graphite

To secure your annual benefits for the following year, spend at least £25 in Beresford Lounge before this year of benefits ends. An annual renewal fee also applies.*

Bronze

To secure your annual benefits for the following year, spend at least £150 in Beresford Lounge before this year of benefits ends. An annual renewal fee also applies.*

Silver

To secure your annual benefits for the following year, simply spend at least £250 in Beresford Lounge before this year of benefits ends. An annual renewal fee also applies.*

Gold

To secure your annual benefits for the following year, spend at least £500 in Beresford Lounge before this year of benefits ends. An annual renewal fee also applies.*

Diamond

To secure your annual benefits for the following year, spend at least £1500 in Beresford Lounge before this year of benefits ends. An annual renewal fee also applies.*

Do I need to spend more to retain my annual benefits if I have a Couple or Family Membership?

You do not need to spend more to retain your annual benefits if you have a Couple or Family Membership.

When does my year of annual benefits begin/end?

For Founding Members, your year of benefits will begin when our entire venue is fully open, ending a year from that date. For Members which join after that date, your year of benefits will begin on your date of purchase, ending a year from that date.

Can I share my Membership benefits with friends? If so, how many?

There are certain benefits which you are able to share with any number of guests you choose to bring to Beresford Lounge, however some perks are strictly limited to the account holder due to the nature of these benefits. Benefits which you can share with guests include:

  • Priority for table bookings and event bookings*
  • Priority for VIP booths*
  • Queue jumps at busy events*
  • Access to our VIP menu (exclusive to Silver Members and above)*
  • Free complimentary drinks when booking a VIP booth*
  • Priority to book our “J.F.K. suite” for private get-togethers and events*
  • Free valet parking when visiting Beresford Lounge (up to 3 non-members present in same vehicle)*
  • Free chauffeur service to and from Beresford Lounge (up to 3 non-members present in same vehicle)*

*Available only when the Membership holder is present.

Couple and Family Memberships

How does a Couple or Family Membership work?

Couple and Family Memberships allow you to share the exciting rewards which come with a Bronze, Silver or Gold Membership. These amazing new options allow you to purchase one Membership for up to 4 people, saving you money and allowing you to enjoy the Beresford Lounge experience with your loved ones. Simply top up the balance of your chosen Membership, then choose the number of cards you would like to add to your purchase.

Can I get a Couple Membership with a friend? Can I get a Family Membership with a group of Friends?

You do not need to be in a relationship with or be related to anyone you are purchasing a Couple or Family Membership with. You can purchase a membership with anyone you wish to, so long as they consent to sharing a membership with you.

What happens to my Couple Membership if I separate from my partner?

Please get in touch with us and a member of our team will assist you with separating your account and dividing any remaining credit.

What happens to my Couple Membership if my partner passes away?

Please get in touch with us and a member of our team will assist you with any updates you may need to make to your account, alongside the closing of the card which is no longer in use.

What happens to my Family Membership if a family member passes away?

Please get in touch with us and a member of our team will assist you with any updates you may need to make to your account, alongside the closing of the card which is no longer in use.

 

Credit

How can I add credit to my account? Can I remove credit once it has been added?

To add credit onto your card, simply log in to your account and pay for how much credit you would like to add. Once credit has been added to your account, it cannot be removed unless you choose to void your account.

Can I use my credit to purchase anything for sale inside Beresford Lounge?

Yes, you can use your credit to purchase anything sold within Beresford Lounge, provided that you are of the legal age to do so in the case of alcoholic beverages.

Can I use my credit when splitting the bill with friends?

You can use credit when splitting your bill with friends.

Missing or Stolen Cards

What happens if I lose my card?

Please get in touch with us and a member of our team will assist you with replacing your card. There will be a small fee of £8 required for card replacement.

What happens if my card is stolen?

Please get in touch with us and a member of our team will assist you with replacing your card and reporting your stolen card to our staff, so that it can be recovered if found within the premises. There will be a small fee of £8 required for card replacement.

 

Refunds or Transfers

Can I get a gift receipt with my Membership?

Due to the personalised nature of Memberships and their high level of cost, this is not something which we are able to provide.

If I no longer wish to use my card, can I transfer my Membership to someone else?

Please get in touch with us and a member of our team will assist you with transferring your account, alongside any credit you may have left on your card.

What if I purchase my Membership at full price but forget to use a discount code or spot a discount code immediately after? Can I be refunded the discounted amount?

Unfortunately this is not something which we can offer, please check carefully before purchasing.

Can I get a refund on my Membership if I do not enjoy Beresford Lounge?

You will have up to 1 year from our full opening to claim a refund on your Membership at Beresford Lounge. Upon claiming a refund you will be refunded any remaining credit on your Membership card. Unfortunately, due to the highly personalised design of the card itself, you will not be refunded the cost for the card. After claiming a refund, your Membership with Beresford Lounge will be voided. To claim a refund, please get in touch with us using the contact form on this page, letting us know why so we can try to resolve any issues you may have before ending your Membership.

Can I get a refund on my Membership if I move significantly far away?

You will have up to 1 year from our full opening to claim a refund on your Membership at Beresford Lounge. Upon claiming a refund you will be refunded any remaining credit on your Membership card. Unfortunately, due to the highly personalised design of the card itself, you will not be refunded the cost for the card. After claiming a refund, your Membership with Beresford Lounge will be voided. To claim a refund, please get in touch with us using the contact form on this page, letting us know why so we can try to resolve any issues you may have before ending your Membership.

What will happen to my Membership if Beresford Lounge closes?

You will be eligible for a refund on any remaining credit on your Membership card. However, although we will endeavour to refund everyone, we cannot offer a guarantee on this, as the circumstances of closure may impact our ability to do so. Unfortunately, due to the highly personalised design of the card itself, you will not be refunded the cost for the card itself.

What will happen to my Membership if Beresford Lounge is unable to open?

If Beresford Lounge is unable to open, we will offer you a full refund on any credit on your Membership card. Unfortunately, due to the highly personalised design of the card itself, you will not be refunded the cost for the card itself.

What will happen to my Membership if I am banned or barred from Beresford Lounge?

If you are banned or barred permanently from Beresford Lounge, you will be refunded any remaining credit on your Membership card. Unfortunately, due to the highly personalised design of the card itself, you will not be refunded the cost for the card. Your Membership with Beresford Lounge will then be voided.

 

Shipping

Shipping

Shipping is included in the purchase price (Mainland United Kingdom) and cards will be shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please note each card is custom made to order and it can take up to 12 weeks before they are shipped.
